Lumod Warranty Policy

At Lumod , each watch is crafted with care and expertise, ensuring impeccable quality. However, please note that our warranty policy only applies to defects related to the watch movement.

Warranty details:

• Basic Watches : 3 month warranty covering movement related issues only.
• 100% Custom Watches : 6 months warranty covering movement related issues only.

Terms :

• No warranty in case of breakage : Physical damage (broken glass, broken bracelet, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
• Any request for support must be accompanied by a technical diagnosis validating a problem with the movement.

Lumod undertakes to repair or replace the defective movement free of charge within the specified warranty period. For any questions or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
